The development of talent is very specific to the individual's personality, competencies and needs and should not be confined to a management track. Ideally individuals are groomed to develop management and individual contributor skills. Performance management is part of succession planning and involves assessment, individual coaching AND a tailored performance improvement process.

How we do it

We guide you to align your key business strategies and processes including recruitment, compensation and performance management, into one seamless process with the goal of developing and retaining top performers. With your input, we review and identify high potential individuals for targeted growth and development. We evaluate lower performing employees to determine their job fit and development needs. The succession planning process must be embraced and championed by senior management and employees. The individuals on the succession development track have responsibility for their performance and mastering learning objectives. We utilize assessment tools when needed to clarify an individual's specific traits relative to job requirements, their leadership skills and their development needs.
